Thank you for visiting Sweet Side Cookie Co! All my cookies are baked fresh to order. I currently have a variety of themed ready to order cookie packs available to purchase on my shop page when you need.

LOCAL ORDERS (Pick Up)

I require a minimum of 4 days notice before the date you require your cookies for me to bake and decorate them. Pick up times are from 5pm - 6pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday morning from 9am - 11am.

You will also be able to order up to 2 months in advance, to get in those beautiful cookies for your special event or to share with loved ones. Pre-payment is required on all orders and pick up is from Highton, 3216, during the times mentioned above. Please specify a date and time for pick up in the ‘additional information’ section at the check out.

As I will be baking fresh to order and from my registered and insured home kitchen, there are a limited number for orders available each week, so please get your orders in quick.

CUSTOM COOKIE ORDERS

Custom cookies are available to order. Please fill out your custom order form in the custom order tab or send me an email (hello@sweetsidebaking.com.au) and I will endeavour to help with your request. I require a minimum of 14 days notice for any custom cookie orders.

If you have any inspo photos please send them through. Once we have discussed what you require I will send through an invoice and payment will be due 7 days before the required date. Please note, while I take inspiration from other cookie makers designs, I will not copy a design or set of cookies. I will put my creative spin on it and work with you to get the perfect set of cookies for your event.

AUSTRALIA WIDE POSTAGE

I offer Australia Wide express postage via AusPost at a flat rate of $16.50 per order. Express postage take approximately 1-3 business days to arrive, but please do remember that this is an estimate only and may take longer, especially during busy periods. I require a minimum of 4 days to bake and decorate the cookies, so please factor this in when placing your order and order well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

I package the cookies extremely well to avoid any damage during transit, however once it is in transit it is out of my control and some damage may occur. Please do contact me if you have any issues with your order.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Due to the handmade nature of these cookies, some slight variations in colour may occur.

All cookies are individually packaged, to seal in freshness. They are packaged soon after baking and can last up to 3 weeks unopened. Once opened please consume within a couple of days.

Please store any cookies in a cool place, such as a pantry (do not store in the fridge) and please keep out of direct sunlight.

Cancellation of orders: If an order is cancelled up to 7 days in advance a full refund will be given. Unfortunately no refund can be given for any cancellations thereafter.
